机械工程(Mechanical Engineering, 缩写ME)属于工程学科，是工程学科的一个分支，也是最古老最广泛的学科之一。通过物理和材料科学原理(机械能、热能)进行分析、设计、制造并进行机械系统的维护，主要专注于机器与引擎，从电子技术到机器人领域不等。
